Tuell Realty, LLC ("Tuell Realty," "we," "us") operates this website and the AgentHub mobile app for real estate agents (the "App"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact: team@tuellrealty.com.

1. This website

If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to provide services you ask for. This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

2. The AgentHub app: what we collect

The App is used by real estate agents ("you") to manage their own business. We collect:

• Account information: your email address and password (stored by our authentication provider, never in readable form), and your profile details such as name and brokerage.
• Content you add: clients and contacts, notes, tasks, transactions and their documents, agreements, text-message records, photos and screenshots, social media drafts, marketing and expense information, and voice-note recordings.
• Contacts from your phone: only if you choose "Import from phone contacts," and only the contacts you select.
• Calendar: only if you allow access, to add transaction deadlines to your calendar.
• Photos: only the photos you pick, or photos you save to your camera roll.
• Microphone: only while you record a voice note.

The information you store about your own clients belongs to you. You are responsible for having the right to store it and for following the laws and broker rules that apply to you. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.

3. How we use it

• To provide the App's features and keep your account secure.
• To generate AI-assisted drafts and summaries you ask for (see section 5).
• To fix bugs and improve the App, using limited technical diagnostics.
• To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Each agent's data is kept separate from every other agent's. Access rules in our database are designed so one agent cannot see another agent's clients.

4. Who we share it with (service providers)

We use these providers to run the App. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: database, file storage, and sign-in.
• Anthropic: AI that reads documents and photos you upload, and writes drafts and summaries you request.
• OpenAI: converts voice-note recordings you make into text.
• Shotstack: creates listing videos from photos you choose.
• Ayrshare: publishes social media posts to accounts you connect, when you choose to post.
• Expo / EAS: app build and delivery.
• Subscription billing (when offered): handled through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not see your card number.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. If Tuell Realty is part of a merger or sale, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. AI features

When you use an AI feature, the relevant content (for example, an uploaded contract, photos, or a transcript) is sent to the AI provider to produce the result. We instruct providers not to use this content to train their models where their terms allow that control. AI output can be wrong; review it before you rely on it or send it to anyone. The App asks AI not to reference protected characteristics under fair housing law, but you remain responsible for what you publish.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the App under Settings → Delete Account, which removes your account and the data you stored. You can also email us to request deletion. Backups may persist for a short period before they are purged.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to each agent's records is restricted to that agent's account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information in the App or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.

9. Children

The App is for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where required). We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. If changes are significant, we will notify App users.
